We have been in business for over thirty years, mostly manufacturing awards. We do some interior signage and here is a design we just came up with that I believe will really take-off.

This sign is 12" x 4" x 1/2 hard surface material. Something similar to Nevamar, Corrian or Floranata. We routed a recess 10" x 2" to accept a sandwich of the aluminum face (.020) with sublimation, a strip of magnetic sign material, a piece of steel (approx .024). The magnetic material is attached with double faced tape to the aluminum and the steel is attached to the hard surface material.

When the aluminum is cut to just under the size of the recess, the aluminum plate seems to be un-removable..... however if you attack the problem with a small piece of double face tape on your finger, the plate comes right out for replacement.
