This sign was made out of 1/2" PVC with 1/8" acrylic graphics. The base was painted with 1 Shot, graphics with Krylon. I applied a little Limco Clear to the base to seal the krylon, & 4 coats of Imron clear to the graphics. The frame was made out of 1/2" Concrete reinforcing bar or Re-Bar, with 1/4" bar bent & welded on to hold the sign in place. Metal leaves & grapes were then welded to the 1/4" bar to re bar & painted to represent grape vines.
